Have you ever felt like you wanted to practice arm balances or inversions in class but feel nervous? Or you wanted to get stronger/more stable/tips on your already existing poses? This workshop will take you there!
All levels welcome!! :) No experience needed! Our time together will include a vinyasa practice to prepare our bodies, arm balance poses & inversions breakdown, and cool down flow!
