Calling all parents-to-be

At Wildflower we believe in nurturing not just the body but also the soul during this transformative time. Our Prenatal Yoga Class is designed to provide a sanctuary for expectant parents, offering a space where you can connect with your body, your baby, and a community of like-minded individuals.

Series runs:

Saturdays @ 11 am-12 pm

4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

November: 11/ 2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23

December: 12/14, 12/21, 12/28, 1/4

4 Class Series: $60

Single drop-in: $20

10 years experience in birthwork: certified full spectrum doula, childbirth educator, & midwife assistant

Certified Yoga Alliance guide & certified in prenatal
