Note: This is not your average workshop where I just sit and read slides at you. This is an interactive experience where you will be able to get cozy, connect with other event attendees, enjoy some dosha-specific food, and experience the magic of Ayurveda. 🩵
Meet your host:
Hi, I'm Hadlee! I'm a health & energy optimization coach, behavior change expert, and Ayurveda Health Counselor.
And for the past six years, I have coached women to uplevel their physical health, transform their energy levels, and ultimately come home to themselves.
My passion is blending ancient wisdom with modern science – with a BS in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience and an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education, I am well-versed in the science of our health and how the mind and body impact each other.
But I am also a lifelong student of Ayurveda, with multiple certifications and almost a decade of study. There is so much about Ayurveda that has always made intuitive sense to me, which now is being support by cutting-edge scientific research.
And one of the most important pieces of Ayurveda that's missing from our current health & wellness culture is the fact that you are unique – that nothing is simply "healthy" or "not healthy" for everyone at any given time. We all need a personalized roadmap for taking care of our unique mind, body, and spirit, and my job is to bring you the tools from both Ayurveda and current science and help you apply them to your modern life.
So that's what I'm here to help you do in this workshop!

A journal, anything you'd like to be comfy, and your beautiful self – exactly as you are. Please don't think you have to already have an abundance of energy to come to this event – that's what this event is for! To help you figure out what's missing for you to cultivate MORE energy in your life.
