This end-of-the-month, extended offering will help you settle into a receptive, focused mental state, enter your breath and body deeply, and learn to process emotion that lives under the surface of your conscious awareness. The pace, instruction, and demonstration allow for a safe, rejuvenating, and awakening practice.
