LEVEL ONE YOGA
A good fit for anyone, no matter how much or how little experience you have.
An uplifting and introspective mix of kriyas (physical postures), Pranayama (breath work), mantra, and meditation.
Relaxing and balancing for your Mind, Body & Spirit. It is a quiet yoga that focuses on noticing your breath, getting into a totally supported pose, finding stillness and then letting peace, calmness, and healing naturally occur. It is highly encouraged you bring along a blanket, a bolster, and two blocks.
This science-based practice includes movement and breathwork to nourish the nervous system. Suitable for all levels, this class is great for beginners and practiced yogis alike.
Just what you need after a long day. You’ll spend 30 minutes working off some excess energy with an upbeat vinyasa flow before relaxing into the yin portion of class, where poses will then be held longer targeting deep connective tissue and fascia. It is highly encouraged you bring along a blanket, a bolster, and two blocks.
Wind down from the day with gentle and mindful movement where passive, often propped poses, are held for three to five minutes at a time. This promotes softening of the connective tissue, increased flexibility, mobility and circulation, and release of energy blockages. Along with your mat, please bring along a blanket, a bolster, and two blocks.
LEVEL TWO YOGA
Energizing classes with a bit of a challenge while balancing the mind, body, and spirit.
For not only yoga newbies but also those simply looking to deepen their understanding of yoga foundations. You will be guided through a flow that connects breath with movement while focusing on awakening the body and mind.
This breath centered flow will combine elements of movement with meditation as you explore your freedom and range of motion and bring mindfulness into your vinyasa flow.
Start your week with a party on your mat! We’ll crank the tunes and move to a fresh playlist. This is an all levels vinyasa class to bring you back into your body allowing you to groove through the week.
An energizing flow focused on building strength and increasing mobility. This science-based class explores the how’s and why’s of movement with a sense of playfulness. Some experience preferred.
A space for you to let go of any stress, anxiety, or any other low vibrating energy that’s built up in your mind & body throughout the week. You’ll connect breath with movement to create a powerful release so that you can enter your weekend feeling light & refreshed!
In this condensed version of the Primary Series, you will move through sun salutations and a variation of the fundamental postures that make up the disciplined practice.
Slow down and connect movement with the breath as we flow through a series of poses to nourish the body, mind, and heart. A blanket, bolster, and block are options you may welcome for this practice.
A flowing sequence of asanas (poses) coordinated with breath. This class is suitable for beginners and for the seasoned practitioner!
