Join Emily P for a special ~*Y2K*~ themed sculpt vinyasa class! Let's party like it's 1999 and flow to some of the greatest hits of the late 90s/early 2000s. Butterfly clips and chokers ARE welcome & encouraged ;). FREE for unlimited members, regular drop-in rate.
Sculpt yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that combines traditional poses and strength training exercises to tone muscles and improve flexibility and balance. It's set to energetic music and is a great full-body workout to build endurance and strength, improve posture and enhance mind-body connection leaving you sweaty, empowered & energized.
